The Strange Case of Anna Stubblefield

What Anna Stubblefield Believed She Was Doing

This case has everything, check the ones that suit your understanding: Miscarriage of justice or triumph of justice? Mad scientist or selfless abandonment? True love or perversion? Scientific breakthrough or failure of method? And everything in between and in addition.

I read a number of articles about the trial and about a hundred of comments (out of over a thousand), changing my mind several times along the way and, in the end, failed to form a firm opinion I could defend with conviction.анна1.PNG

Anna Stubblefield was convicted of raping her disabled student. But was the trial fair?

Bizarre story, indeed. Fitting some TV crime procedural or a TV show where lawyers take up a mind boggling controversial case.
